We offer a 12-month warranty on all the parts we supply and install, excluding hydraulic parts.

Terms & Conditions -

  • If the customer is unable to arrange parking, any extra expenses including parking fees, will be included in your final invoice.
  • After we respond to a call-out and perform our assessment, in the event you choose not to proceed with the repair, it is important to note that the call-out fee remains applicable and must be settled.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangement has been made in advance. All installations and long duration work will require a 50% deposit upfront.
  • Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer as agreed upon.
  • The warranty we provide with all our jobs will be voided if there are any issues caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
  • Prior to our visit, customers must ensure that all appliances are easily accessible. Any restrictions, such as boilers within cabinets, must be addressed by the customer. We are not responsible for moving or altering any restricted access.
  • After we attend for a job, In case where an appliance cannot be repaired or serviced due to poor installation, non-compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions or current gas safety regulations or restriction of access to the appliances, a call out charge will be applied.
  • Any disputes,concerns or complain should be communicated to us promptly so that we can work to resolve them.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we deem it necessary for safety, legal or ethical reasons.
  • We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties.
  • These terms and conditions may be update or amended from time to time. You will be informed of any changes.
